After recording on Freez Screen Video Capture I get the following message: "No suitable decoder module: VLC does not support the audio or video format ".undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this." What can I do?

The .undf is not a defined file format. It appears because the capture process was not completed or the file is corrupted. Since Freez Screen Video Capture should save the files as .avi, right-click on the file, select Rename and add .avi after the video file name. If it doesn't work, download and install Combined Community Codec Pack. It is developed by CCCP Team and it contains all the video and audio codecs needed on a computer in order to play any video and audio file.
